Xulo is a Bay Area brand from chef Michael de la Torre. Handmade flour tortillas made in the style of Sonora, Mexico like his grandmother would make. Utilizing the finest ingredients like organic flour from Central Milling and hormone-free animal fats from Marin Sun Farms, Rancho Llano Seco and Encina Farms as well as organic butter from Straus Creamery. The Marisal Sea Salt used in his tortillas hails from a cooperative in Colima, Mexico.
