Founded by Levon Der Bedrossian, La Méditeranée’s first location was opened in the Fillmore in 1979, then followed by the Castro and Berkeley locations, and their catering kitchen in North Beach. Now celebrating the company’s 40th year, La Méditeranée’s family-owned and operated restaurants are proud to be part of the Bay Area Community. Their Mid-East and Mediterranean cuisine is inspired by Levon’s Armenian and Lebanese family recipes. Each dish is made from scratch daily, using only the finest spices and freshest ingredients.
