Binka Bites is a contemporary take on the traditional dessert from the Philippines called Bibingka. It is a Filipino Mochi cupcake-shaped pastry made of fun & exotic ingredients, such as coconut, rice flour, and ube (purple yam).
Owned and operated by siblings Le Cordon Bleu Chef Jo Ongsiako and long-time entrepreneur Jas Ongsiako. Jas runs the bakery’s daily operations and takes on the fun job of coming up with the latest product selections that will appeal to their customers — like you!
