My Grandma's Marinara is the backbone of Palmerino's, the sauce that cemented our family traditions. I personally consider this "liquid gold" and never let a drop go to waste. This kit feeds 2-4 people (Ravioli: Box of 49, Grandma's Marinara: 32oz).
Ingredients:
Cheese Ravioli: Filling (Ricotta Cheese, Parmigiana, Parsley, Salt, Pepper), Pasta (Semolina Flour, Water)
Grandma's Marinara: Tomato, Tomato Paste, Onion, Carrot, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Garlic, Basil, Salt, Italian Seasoning, Black Pepper, Oregano
This product will be delivered frozen. In order to maintain quality we never thaw and refreeze frozen items. All frozen products are produced days before delivery, not months. Allow ravioli to come to room temperature. Bring a pot of water to boil and then add salt. Gently pour the ravioli into the water and gently stir to prevent any from sticking to the pot. Allow to cook for around 5 minutes (they will float). Pinch a corner or eat a raviolo to test for doneness. Remove ravioli from the water using a slotted spoon; do not pour into a colander. For the sauce, simply heat in a pot and then pour over the ravioli and stir it in.
