With the addition of nutmeg these ravioli will likely transport you to the time of autumn and warm your senses. As for the browned butter & sage cube, they source sage from local Tamura Nursery. With only 2 ingredients, it is the technique of browning the butter that makes this cube shine. Made specifically for their butternut squash ravioli, it can also be used on vegetables, poultry, or anything your heart desires. This kit feeds 2-4 people (Ravioli: Box of 49, Browned Butter & Sage Cube: 1.5 oz).

Allow ravioli to come to room temperature. Bring a pot of water to boil and then add salt. Gently pour the ravioli into the water and gently stir to prevent any from sticking to the pot. Allow to cook for around 5 minutes (they will float). Pinch a corner or eat a raviolo to test for doneness. Remove ravioli from the water using a slotted spoon; do not pour into a colander. For the cube, simply place it in a pan, butter side down, and melt over lowest heat possible. Pour over the ravioli and stir it in.
