The ventricina salame is imported from Italy and is a number one seller for a pizza topping at the deli. Combined with Palmerino's in-house pizza sauce and mozzarella cheese you've got a pizza that you're sure to enjoy!
Each kit makes 2 10"-12" pizzas (Pizza Dough: 7oz, Pizza Sauce: 32oz, Mozzarella Cheese: 7oz, Ventricina Salame: 3.5oz)

Pizza Dough: 00 Flour, Water, Heavy Cream, Beer, Salt, Sugar, Yeast
Pizza Sauce: Tomato, Tomato Paste, Olive Oil, Garlic, Salt, Oregano, Black Pepper

This product will be delivered frozen. In order to maintain quality we never thaw and refreeze frozen items. All frozen products are produced days before delivery, not months. For the pizza dough, keep the dough in the sealed container and allow to come to room temperature before using. After forming dough, assemble pizza however you choose. If using a wood fired oven, we recommend baking the pizza at 800F until done. If using a kitchen oven, we recommend baking the pizza at 500F for around 8 minutes.
