Ingredients:
Red Beans & Andouille Sausage – Bacon, Onion, Celery, Garlic, Bell Pepper, Kidney Beans, Brown Sugar, Liquid Smoke, Salt, Black Pepper, Cayenne, Chicken Stock, Bay Leaves, Thyme

Rice:
- Place par-boiled rice into a small saucepan with a lid. Add 2 cups of water and bring to a boil. Lower the flame to a simmer and place lid on pot. Steam for 20 minutes.
## Red Beans & Andouille Sausage:
- Pour beans into a medium saucepan and heat over a medium flame. Stir occasionally to make sure the beans do not scorch to the bottom of the pan.
- Once heated through, serve with steamed white rice and (optional) sliced scallions. Enjoy!
