All of Bertucelli's famous ravioli is handmade. This ricotta ravioli is filled with Ricotta, spinach, mozzarella and romano cheese, and spices. Serve with your favorite tomato or pesto sauce.

- Put ravioli in boiling water, do not pull ravioli apart before cooking.
- Let boil 3 minutes or until cooked (to test, take one ravioli out and cut in half to see if the inside is cooked through)
- Strain, place in dish and cover with ravioli sauce and sprinkle with cheese
