Steam:
- Fill a medium pan with 1-2 inches of water to a boil. Then reduce heat to a simmer.
- Place a metal or bamboo steamer basket on top of the water (make sure the water does not touch the base of the steamer).
- Place the dumplings in the steamer and cover with a lid. Steam for 8-12 minutes, or until the center is fully cooked, and enjoy!
