- Two 8oz 100% Ora King Salmon Burgers (absolutely no fillers and contain 100% seafood deliciousness - handmade in-house daily by Four Star's team of chefs and fishmongers)
- Two sesame seed buns from local legend ACME Bakery
- 1 Organic Red Onion grown in the Central Valley at Peri and Sons Farms California
- 1 head Organic Little Gem Lettuce from Star Route Farms in Bolinas, CA
- Instruction card from our chefs on how to properly cook your seafood burgers to perfection!
This product will be delivered frozen. In order to maintain quality we never thaw and refreeze frozen items. All frozen products are produced days before delivery, not months. How to cook the perfect salmon burger:
1. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Add 1⁄2 tablespoon oil. Once the oil is hot and shimmering, gently lower the salmon burger onto it.
2. Cook on the first side until crisp and golden brown, about 4-5 minutes.
3. Gently flip burgers and cook on the second side until crisp, about 4 minutes more (or the burgers register 145 degrees F on an instant-read thermometer).
4. Serve the burgers immediately (on toasted buns or inside of little gem lettuce cups for a low-carb option). Top with remaining lettuce and sliced red onion.
5. Go all out with lots of your favorite sauce, or any flavor profile of choice!
