Reheat Instructions:
Oven:
- Preheat oven to 400ºF
- Place the Latke on a small sheet tray and bake for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Remove from the oven and season lightly with kosher salt.
- Enjoy with lox and toppings.
### Microwave:
- Place latke on a microwave-safe dish and heat for 30 seconds to 1 minute, or until heated through.
- Enjoy with lox and toppings.
