This duck confit will trick your guests into thinking you slaved all day, but really, all you need to do is heat and prepare in a cast iron pan until the skin gets crispy. Each package contains one (1) duck leg and one (1) duck breast from Corvus TRanch that are fresh frozen in rendered duck fat. Just place in a cast iron pan, warm through, and serve! Add salt and pepper to taste and garnish with rosemary.
